The Radeon RX9000 series graphics cards adopt advanced RDNA4 graphics architecture and support the third-generation ray tracing technology to bring users a more realistic gaming experience. At the same time, the AI accelerator equipped in the graphics card can achieve up to 8 times the INT8 throughput per AI core, which is crucial for the optimization of generative AI applications.

Both graphics cards are equipped with 16GB of GDDR6 graphics memory and a 256-bit memory interface. Specifically, the Radeon RX9070 has 56 computing units, while the RX9070XT is promoted to 64 computing units. This allows them to show more powerful performance when dealing with complex graphics and computing tasks. For content creators, AMD Radiance Display Engine and Enhanced Media Engine provide excellent display quality. Supports DisplayPort2.1a and HDMI2.1b, these two graphics cards can achieve 8K resolution and 12-bit HDR at 144Hz, greatly meeting the needs of streaming media, video editing and high-performance computing.

In terms of price, the Radeon RX9070 has an MSRP of $549, while the Radeon RX9070XT is $599, which makes them directly compete with NVIDIA's RTX570 and RTX570Ti series graphics cards. AMD said the RX9070's average performance is 20% higher than the previous generation RX7900GRE, while the RX9070XT is 40%.

In addition, AMD also announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that it has joined the cooperation of the Open Telecom AI platform, committed to providing telecom operators with an AI-powered infrastructure. The project will work with Cisco, Nokia and Jio Platforms Limited in India to drive the growth of digital services. AMD CEO Zifeng Su said that with high-performance CPU, GPU and adaptive computing solutions, service providers will be able to build safer and more efficient networks.
