Arcade.dev announced the completion of a $12 million seed financing, led by Laude Ventures, with Flybridge Ventures, Hanabi Capital and others participating. The company focuses on providing AI agents with a secure authentication and integration platform to solve security issues when AI interacts with the real world.
Alex Sarahsal, CEO of Arcade, said the real challenge for AI is to enable it to perform operations safely, not just to improve intelligence. Arcade provides hundreds of pre-built proxy tools, supports integration with commonly used applications such as Gmail and Slack, and helps developers quickly create custom security tools through the SDK.
At present, Arcade has helped build production-level AI agents in multiple industries, perform tasks such as managing support tickets, scheduling meetings, etc.
