France Twin launches AI agent to help Qonto automate invoice retrieval

French startup Twin recently cooperated with fintech company Qonto to launch its first automated agent product - Invoice Operator. This tool is designed to address the time-consuming issue of Qonto customers in invoice collection and uploading. Through AI technology, the invoice operator can automatically obtain a list of transactions for missing invoices and continue to operate after the user authorizes it, and finally attach the PDF file to the user's Qonto account.

Hugo Messier, co-founder and CEO of Twin, said that traditional robot process automation (RPA) is difficult to cope with tens of thousands of services, and Twin's system is based on OpenAI's computer usage agent (CUA) model and can support a large number of applications in a short time. In the future, Twin plans to expand agent applications to other industries, such as e-commerce order management and call center information retrieval.
