On January 6, it was reported that iQiyi, a well-known domestic video streaming platform, had filed a lawsuit with the Xuhui District People’s Court of Shanghai, accusing domestic AI start-up MiniMax of allegedly infringing its copyright during the AI model training and content generation process.
According to relevant reports, MiniMax was accused of using iQiyi’s copyrighted materials for model training without authorization, thereby generating content that allegedly infringed iQiyi’s copyright. iQiyi demanded that MiniMax immediately stop this infringement and demanded compensation of approximately 100,000 yuan.
MiniMax may file a defense, claiming that the materials involved are public resources or input by users, and try to avoid its legal liability based on the principle of technology neutrality.
As of press time, iQiyi and MiniMax have not publicly responded to this incident, and the legal dispute between the two parties is still developing further.
AI courses are suitable for people who are interested in artificial intelligence technology, including but not limited to students, engineers, data scientists, developers, and professionals in AI technology.
The course content ranges from basic to advanced. Beginners can choose basic courses and gradually go into more complex algorithms and applications.
Learning AI requires a certain mathematical foundation (such as linear algebra, probability theory, calculus, etc.), as well as programming knowledge (Python is the most commonly used programming language).
You will learn the core concepts and technologies in the fields of natural language processing, computer vision, data analysis, and master the use of AI tools and frameworks for practical development.
You can work as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, AI researcher, or apply AI technology to innovate in all walks of life.
