Tushar Narang, founder and CTO of Golfoy.com, breaks the stereotype of golf as an expensive sport through his personal experience. He pointed out that a golf game costs about bowling, but lasts longer, and the key is to change people's perception of golf. Golfoy’s mission is to make golf more popular and friendly, and to help players choose the right equipment through AI technology. After three years of testing, its smart equipment selection guide has a 95% adaptability and is recognized by 80% of users.
Despite the small size of the Indian golf market, Golfoy has accounted for 15% to 17% of the market and supplies one-third of the golf courses. Narang emphasized that precision is the core of golf, and Golfoy uses AI to provide data support to help players optimize their performance. In the future, he hopes to develop a global golf AI model and maintain the company's profit model.
