According to reports, China's AI product Manus has been flooding the screen overnight. This is the world's first universal AI Agent in the true sense. From the cases displayed on the official website, it can independently think, plan and execute complex tasks and directly deliver complete results.

It is reported that Xiao Hong, the founder behind Manus AI, founded Nightingale Technology in 2015 and launched "Yiban Assistant" and "Weiban Assistant". There is also a more distinctive AI product lingering on Xiao Hong - Monica, an AI assistant known as All-in-One, which was originally launched as a browser plug-in.

According to the Qichacha APP, among Monica-related companies, Beijing Red Butterfly Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2023 and is wholly owned by Butterfly Effect (Hong Kong) Limited. The company's registered capital increased to US$10 million in September last year. Monica's operator is Beijing Butterfly Effect Technology Co., Ltd., established in April 2022. Xiao Hong transferred the equity of Butterfly Effect Company to Feng Qionghua and Xue Fengying, the legal representatives of Red Butterfly Company, in 2023.

In addition, founder Xiao Hong withdrew from the ranks of shareholders of Wuhan Nightingale Technology Co., Ltd. in December last year. The company is currently jointly held by Beijing Mingluo Software Systems Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tencent Industrial Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
