Meta AI returns to Europe, open text dialogue capabilities

Meta announced that its AI chat assistant Meta AI has re-launched into the European market, covering 41 European countries and 21 overseas regions, and initially only supports text chat function. The assistant will be integrated into platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Messenger to help users carry out tasks such as brainstorming and itinerary planning. Due to regulatory requirements, Meta AI has not used user data for training in Europe and does not support image generation or editing for the time being. Meta said it will continue to cooperate with regulators to gradually expand the scope of product functions.
