At the recent World Government Summit in Dubai, billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk revealed via video that the artificial intelligence company he founded will soon release its latest chatbot Grok3. Musk said that Grok3 is undergoing the final polishing and is expected to be officially released within one to two weeks. He is confident in the performance of Grok3, saying it will surpass all similar products on the market at present.
Musk mentioned that OpenAI's ChatGPT has achieved remarkable achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, but he believes that Grok3's performance will be better. He pointed out that the progress of artificial intelligence is accelerating, and in the future, human intelligence will be surpassed by machine intelligence and may occupy a very small proportion of overall intelligence. He described the trend of future digital intelligence to account for more than 99% of the total amount of intelligence, which is inevitable.
Speaking about the current state of the artificial intelligence industry, Musk criticized OpenAI for trying to completely eliminate nonprofit nature, believing that the shift could be too radical. He pointed out that although OpenAI's development model has achieved some success, its dual-profit and non-profit structure may be affected.
At the same time, Musk also had an exchange with UAE's artificial intelligence minister Al Olama, and the two sides discussed cooperating with the construction of an underground high-speed transportation system called "Dubai Circle". Musk described the project as a "wormhole", although no specific details were disclosed.
In terms of international affairs, Musk also expressed his views on US foreign policy, believing that the United States was too strong in the past and should pay more attention to its own behavior and attitude.
