With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, learning AI-related skills is becoming a popular choice for job seekers and on-the-job workers. According to Coursera's latest "2025 Vocational Skills Report", demand for AI courses has grown staggeringly over the past year, with an average annual growth rate of 866%. Analysis shows that the number of applicants for corporate employees, students and job seekers increased by 1100%, 500% and 1600%, respectively. This trend reflects the urgent need for AI skills among more and more employers.

According to Indeed, salaries of those with generative AI skills can be increased by up to 47%. Salary growth is the most common in various fields, especially in sales and markets (43% increase in salary), finance (42%), business operations (41%), legal compliance (37%) and human resources (35%).
