Generate keys: Before deploying, make sure to change at least the values ​​of SECRET_KEY, FIRST_SUPERUSER_PASSWORD, POSTGRES_PASSWORD.

Create a hierarchical team: Log in to Tribe, navigate to the "Teams" page, click "Add Team", enter the team name and save it.
